Terms and Conditions for Groceri

Welcome to Groceri.ai ("Groceri", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Description of Service
Groceri is a web application designed to simplify your grocery preparation, reduce stress, save time, and help you spend less on groceries. Users receive credits to create personalized shopping lists and access other features of the Service.

3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and other required information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchase and Credits
Upon purchasing a subscription or package, you will receive credits that are allocated weekly. Each week, you receive one credit to spend on creating a new form (shopping list). Credits do not roll over to the next week if unused.

5. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within seven (7) days after the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at mike@groceri.ai.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks.

7. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect personal data, including your name, email address, payment information, shopping preferences set in the app, and grocery lists made through the app (which include recipes, items, supermarkets, and total cost). We also collect non-personal data through web cookies. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://groceri.ai/privacy-policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Groceri and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groceri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
